46" Widescreen 1080P Full HD LCD TV
I've just purchased one of these TVs'. Once connected up to my SKY HD box viewing any of the HD channels the picture quality is awesome. I also have a DSM 330 HD media streamer, once again the picture is awesome in HD mode a full 1080P. Black is black etc with no ghosting. Another good feature is the ability to name your HDMI (3 of) and scart inputs (2 of). HDMI 1 = DVD HDMI 2 = satellite etc. lots of features come with this TV as standard and its easy to set-up. Sounds is also good although I don't use the internal sound as I use and external amp.
The only minor criticism of the TV I could possibly make is because of the high gloss surface you get quite a lot of reflection from the surround fascia and the screen itself.
That said however I've still given the TV a 5 out of 5 because the criticism is surpassed by the picture quality and additional features.

Great value and high quality for a 46"
I originally searched for a 40" screen but found that this 46" model on Amazon was £300 cheaper compared to the high street stores. I had heard much negative criticism about the HDNL delivery service but sure enough Amazons estimated delivery date was spot on (it took 3 working days).
Not many negative points to raise, the dust does show quickly on the black gloss veneer but a regular wipe will of course solve this. To get the best out of this TV then a HD subscription is needed. I viewed the intergrated Freeview for the first 3 days and was quite happy with the quality of picture. Since then i have had Sky Plus installed and the picture has improved again. I can only imagine how crisp a HD picture would look.
I also started off with a Philips DVD recorder connected via scart, again i was quite happy with the picture quality for DVD's. I then purchased a Philips upscalling DVD player and a HDMI lead. Being honest there isnt much improvement in viewing, this may be something to do with the TV being 1080p and the DVD player upscalling to 1080i.
The 20 degree swivel has come in very useful, espeically when needing access to the cables. The 15000:1 contrast really makes a difference, the blacks are so black its hard to tell its a TV picture.
By chance i also managed to link up my Apple iBook so now a 12" screen is being displayed on a 46" - this gives things like internet browsing a whole new dimension.
All in all i am very happy with this Samsung product, the addition of Sky + had a big part to play but the TV itself has many plus points. Sports and movies make brilliant viewing.

Fantastic HD Quality
Great TV
Plus points:
Picture quality is stunning in HD and on the decent quality channels such as BBC etc.
Thoroughly recommend a PS3 with this so you can watch Blu Ray and get the best out of it as it is awesome. Planet Earth on Blu Ray on this TV is something else, truely stunning.
Design is as always with Samsung, you either love it or hate it with the glass black finish. Personally, I have always been a huge Sony fan but this design beats theirs hands down.
Negatives:
Sound is very weak when purely out of the TV but I have a Sony DAV surround sound system and they work perfectly so it doesn't bother me, but it is a typical problem of LCD/plasma tvs.
The remote control is very slow to move between the different inputs, such as Scart, HDMI1, HDMI2 etc. Tiny niggle but it does frustrate.
Overall, delighted with the TV and would recommend to friends and family alike.

Excellent HDTV Choice
Well, I bought this television on Saturday and I must say how impressed I am with its overall high standard. A Smart, black and shiney veneer of quality perfectly compliments the crisp 1080p full high definition veiewing experience.
My playstation 3 connected with a good quality monster hdmi cable looks amazing. Especially with the complimentary Blue Ray Casino Royale DVD. Bog Standard 480p Sky tv looks as good as its going to get on a 46inch LCD. No shadowing, motion blurr or dead pixels so far.
I can honestly say, if you are Uming and Areing over buying a television (as i did) you wont be disapointed with this one.
+ Points
Stylish, Quality look.
Big 1080p Full High definition Screen
3 HDMI Slots
Future Proof Resolution and connectivity.
Comes with a screen clean cloth
- Points
The screen gives off some heat if its in a small room. But saves on electricity due to lower gas bills.
The Black finish gets slightly dusty after a week or two.
if you've got £1300 to spend. I would recommend it.

Good choice for HD
I bought this following reviews of some of the smaller models, but as my wall was big enough I opted for the 46" - and we were not disappointed.
SKY
At first sky appeared very bright and the colours unbalanced. Looking on some AV forums and 10 mins playing around in the menu and this was all sorted.
Sky HD is arriving in a few days and I can't wait!
DVD
An upscaling DVD came with my package - 1080i upscaling looks fantastic. HDMI hook up delivers HQ picture, but I send the audi feed to an amp via component. The first thing I did was to turn off the audio amp on the TV!
X BOX 360
I conected via composite 1080p. WOW. Nuff said.
Would have been 5*, but for the speakers and the fiddling in the menus to get the perfect picture. Worth it though.
Wall Mount.
Went to ARGOS and bought a generic wall mount for 40"+ TVs for £70(ish) and it works a treat. - Tilting the TV down a few degrees.
Looks:
Her indoors says it looks shiny!...and pretty!

Amazing For The Price!!!!
The perfect tv for me. Especially in my small bedroom. Fits perfectly on the wall and i adore it. Hooked up to my pc, ps3 and sky and i have no complaints! Buy One NOW!

I Have entered the LCD Age
Item could not have come quick enough, thought I would have time to ofload the old TV, but it arrived on the 2nd day!!! Brill
Simple Simple Simple.... Plug "N" Play...thats it easy peasy lemon squeezy! Even without a HD Player the quality of the picture is nothing short of brilliant. Glad I stuck to me guns and bought the 32", its more than enough for the front room.
Dont bother read anymore reviews, especially the ones that drone on...zzzzz!! Just order one, even the price is great. You cant go wrong.

Brilliant
I eventually chose this model over many others in this size and I have to say it is fantastic-the colours are rich and vibrant, the design is understated, classy and the build quality is great (I prefer the plain black bezel to the tacky piano black bezel other lcd's have) and sound is fine for a 32inch lcd. I have an Xbox360 hooked up and it looks brilliant-really natural colours.
In short I would recommend this lcd, no problem.

Sony. The best you can buy, no question.
Like many others i spent months deliberating over the endless 32" LCD's available. I did online research but i also conducted several "field tests" in stores and friends homes. I am no techno-geek but i have a good pair of eyes. I have friends with various size and model Sony, Samsung, Panasonic and Phillips LCD's so i visited them over the last 3 months, compared them all working and made an informed decision that way. Samsung bezel looks very nice but picture is not very clever at all. Panasonic & Philips are good but have nothing on the Bravia. The colours are breathtaking and the sharpness of the picture is unbeatable. I spent 30 minutes tweaking the picture over several channels, comprehensive but straightforward menu's but once you get it spot on you will not get anything close which is not in HD. If you get it right you could be easily fooled into thinking you are watching HD as i have seen several HD TV's in action, despite this i will be upgrading with Sky to HD so i can't wait for that !. As for gaming i have a Wii (with component cable) and XBOX in HD and it is spot on.
My previous 2 TV's have been Sony and i was tempted to stray before doing the "field tests". I will be looking in future for for a 40"+ LCD or plasma and also a projector for a home cinema room. I will not look at any other brand but Sony. You know what you are getting with Sony. The best.
If you are looking for 32" and this is within budget (should be as priced at lower end) stop now. Buy this at this price and you will not be disappointed.

Sony...speaks for itself!
Cut a long story short...it's a good TV. It's black, its sexy and it's Sony! Brand lives up!
plus 3 HDMI ports! :-)

Quality as always
I'm not a camera expert, and wanted something small and light that was reasonably priced and easy to use, and always having been a Sony fan opted for the W80. Picture quality is excellent, the macro function is exceptionally good, and the speed at which the camera intitally starts up and is ready to take is excellent, so you rarely miss a shot even when the camera is turned off. Nothing to fault really, it may not have as many shooting functions etc as some other cameras, but I didn't buy a camera to take crazy warped shots or anything special, so it's highly recommended from me!

Amazing
My sister got this camera as a present from her boyfriend and has had no problem apart from the fact i scratched it a tiny weeny bit and she still can't get over it, aniwaii this camera is the best we've had so far and it's also the most quality. Whoeva sed that this camera was to be avoided is wrong becoz 1.If you think it's rubbish go buy it from the shop and don't depend ur lyf on online shopping. 2. It has the best quality and lighting. 3. Ur confused lol =]

Avoid
First time I've ever felt compelled to write a review on Amazon. This camera may look great but it simply takes terrible photos. The images are grainy and flat, very similar to my 5mp camera on my Sony Ericsson k850i. I upgraded from my p200 which I loved and the photos are 50x worse. Recommend you look at a Panasonic or Fuji camera which will give much better results.

Style over substance - avoid at all costs! Very poor image quality
This is by far the worst digital compact I have had the misfortune to use, avoid it at all costs if you want to be able to take good photos with a point-and-click digital compact!
I purchased this camera as a Christmas present for my girlfriend as it is small ("handbag friendly) and appears to possess some good features (image stabilisation, face detection etc) in addition to being 8.1MP.
To give Sony some credit, the camera does have a good solid feel and the LCD screen presented crisp images. However, it was only after my girlfriend uploaded the photos she had taken on Christmas day that I realised how poor the image quality actually is. All the pictures came out with a foggy haze over them. Each image also had a lot of "noise" and in low light conditions the pictures were appalling. Comparing the photos that had been taken by an Ixus 750 I realised how bad the images actually were. I use a 40D SLR as my main camera so know a bit about playing around with camera settings, and even when I changed the ISO and flash settings on this camera the pictures still came out far worse than the lower MP Ixus.
My suspicion is that to get the style (and price) of this camera right Sony have sacrificed the quality of the image sensors and compressors, leading to poor image reproduction. This is a real shame as it has the potential to be a nice little camera.
If you value the quality of your pictures look elsewhere (the Ixus range is great)

Super fast shutter
Picture quality on this type of camera doesn't vary much between equivalent modeld of different brands - you get what you pay for.
Shutter speed (or rather shutter lag) differs greatly and this camera is very quick - about .18 seconds for a single shot. Compare this with the IXUS models which vary from 0.38 to 0.45. It doesn't sound like much but it's often the difference between capturing what your trying to photograph and missing it.
Menu etc. is OK - not totally intuitive but not that hard. Switching from stills to video is a bit fiddly. Touch screen works fine, even with my fat fingers.
Only complaint is the lense is in the top left corner and it;s very easy to poke your finger across the lense - but with the large screen you'll notice it straight away.
Worth 5 stars just for being fast.
